Post Six

Hello ladies and gentlemen!

Today, I remembered when I was in my teen years and I usually played footbal with my classmates and one girl. Her name was Camila. Camila was the only girl who played with us. We were cruel and we told her: ‘you are a boy because you do boy things’. Obviously she got angry and fought us, and this was a reason more to mock her. Now, I think: At that time do we learn the separation of roles? I mean, what time do we learn, this activity is for a boy and this activity is for a girl?.

We can see it since the moment who a baby is born. If baby is a girl, her room and clothes are pink, If baby is a boy, his room and clothes are blue. The problem isn’t if clothes are pink o blue. The problem is that since we are babies, the people tell us how we must be, how we must dress, how we must think. The girls are delicate, the boys are strong. You must not make female activities if you are a boy and the same, if you’re a girl mustn’t make male activities.

Male sexism has stages, some visible and some invisible. I think we can change this problem. We can do it.

Goodbye!

Postgraduate studies

Hi guys!

As you should know, I’m studying  Odontology at the  University of Chile. In the university, people usually talk about what they’re going to make after ending their major, many prefer to start to work, others prefer to take a rest and others choose to continue studying. Currently, I don’t know what I’m going to do in the future, but probably I’m going to choose to make a postgraduate study, Which one? I’m not sure yet. I’d like to speacialize on Pediatric Dentistry, because I love children’s world. Also,  childhood  is a very important stage for human development, and I‘d like support children in this process. But, At least in dentistry, working with children is harder because they hate going to dentists.  However this problem can be another reason for me to choose speacializing  on Pediatric Dentistry because I’d like change the fear to denistry, although It’s hard.

Also, I’d Like to speacialize on Oral Rehabilitation. It’s very interesting to me, because I think that work there is a hard challenge. Besides, the people who you help are grateful with you because return their smile is a very  significant change  for people who receive it.
But, Why do you choose only one postgraduate? Obviosly, doing them can be hard, but If you really want to make two o more postgraduate studies, you can do them!

It’s all for this time, goodbye!.

Post four:

Hello my readers!

This time, I’m going to write about a different theme, strange: paranormal experiences. The truth is I have never had a paranormal experiences, I have never lived an amazing paranormal experience. I remember stories about my aunt’s house. My cousin told us that he stayed in his bedroom and he listened to a young girl sing. He thought that it was his sister who was singing but his sister had gone out, he was alone. He looked for someone in his house and He didn’t find anyone. He felt fear and  ran to grandmother’s house.

The other story is special because is recent. My uncle, Sergio, died on 27th January of this year. It was painful because I had affection to him. He was very happy and he always was smiling I think that I usually smile because he and my family do it. My uncle participated in social activities, for example, He helped to children with AIDS or  vulnerables children. In March, He and his group usually gave to this children student materials, for example, pencils, notebooks, rulers, etc. But, in March of this year he already wasn’t with us. For this reason, as family, we decided to make this activity  to honor him. So we started to collect student materials.

One day, my aunt was working on her oficine and a person arrived there. The person was a women and she told to my aunt that she wanted to speak with her about a special theme. My aunt didn´t want to but the woman  insisted and my aunt accepted. The woman said to my aunt that she was a “médium” and that my uncle was happy. My aunt was surprised. At the beginning my aunt didn’t believe her but the women started to described my uncle. My aunt was astonished and she thought that this women knew my uncle. My aunt thought that the women was making a joke to her. For this reason my aunt left her. When my auth came back to her office, she found a note. The note said that: “It is a gift that Sergio has sent”. The note was on a notebook pack. Only my family knew about this idea about material students. Believe or not, each person can choose, but anyone can say I have the truth.

Goodbye!.
Post Three

Hi everyone!

Currently I’m a denistry student but when I was a children, I wanted to be a veterinarian. I love animals. I like going to ANTUMAPU because there are many  farm animals. But I dont like the way in which a  veterinarian has to work at least in Santiago.  So, I started to think about a new profession and I only knew that I would choose a profession related to health. I would work with children but doing It in dentistry  can be complicated. For this reason, now I only worry about studying and in the future I will worry about a specialisation in odontology.

But I have always thought that one person should not close their life in one profession or activity. I think that humans are being multidimensional, I mean,  We would should think about  different areas as humans, for example: philosophy, nature, education, politics, hobbies, etc.  Many people say: You can only give your opinión about your job area. That can be true, but sometimes a different opinion can be a great help. Unfortunately, to give your opinion, you should be informed and generally people are not.

As regards to my future profession, denistry, I would like make a new form that odontology. I remember that my first dentist was a loving person, and very tender with me and she derived to me a new doctor and He was a robot. I don’t want to become in a robot. I would like to be empathic with my patients.

It’s all for this time, Goodbye!
